The Vice President for Administration reports directly to the President of Texas A&M University and is responsible for providing leadership for a broad range of non-academic matters related to operations and other areas as directed by the President. The Vice President for Administration is responsible for developing and clearly communicating a vision and strategic plan for the manner in which the non-academic operational functions support the mission of Texas A&M University. The Vice President serves as a liaison with the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Vice President for Research to coordinate strategic activities across these missions.
