Welcome to the website for the Vice President for Administration.
The departments of the Division of Administration (Facilities Coordination, Utilities and Energy Services, Office of Safety and Security, Environmental Health and Safety, University Police Department, University Risk Management, University Compliance, the Office of the Sustainability, Aviation Services, and the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center) are dedicated to providing high-quality infrastructure and operational services to foster an exemplary learning environment. We do this through extraordinary service, safety, and stewardship.
Employees in our Division are responsible for the smooth running of a world class university with the size and operational infrastructure of a small city. We are here because a well-managed physical environment—from buildings to parking lots to drive ways and skyways-- enhances the Aggie experience. We are here because stewardship and sustainability are not only good practice, but smart business. We are here because when we focus on safety others can focus on learning. We are here because the teachers and learners of Texas A&M need us.
The work of our Division is guided by our mission, vision, strategic initiatives, and most importantly, our core values.
Thanks and Gig'em,
Dr. Rodney P. McClendon '07
